After the grand success of the first International Dysphagia Conclave at Goa, there is a new wave created in the world of deglutology. We will not shy away from taking the credit for it. The team SLPQuest shall soar new heights and depths of such milestones again and again. It's time for us to showcase our mettle, this time by the mighty forts. We are committed towards uniform education before uniform healthcare. Let us show you and make you a part of an extravagant event in the recent times in India, echoing its intent to the world from the pink city of India, Jaipur.

Cancellation Policy

The participants can cancel their registration by sending cancellation mail to jaipurconclave@gmail.com. The refund process will be initiated 15 days after the culmination of the conference (23 Nov 2024).

Till 30th April 2024, 25% cancellation charges shall be applied to the registration fee.

Till 30th June 2024, 50% cancellation charges shall be deducted from the registration fee.
-
Till 30th August 2024, 75% of cancellation charges shall be deducted from the registration fee.

No refund of fee shall be admissible for the cancellation applied after 30th August 2024.

In the event of cancellation of the conclave due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be refunded 100 % of the cost of registration or the registration amount shall be adjusted in the upcoming or rescheduled programs.

Ideathon & Hackathon
Here are some common rules for a hackathon:
1. *Team Formation*: Participants can form teams of 2 members or participate solo. Additionally a SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST will be allocated to each team by the organisers.
2. *Project Originality*: All projects must be original and created during the hackathon timeframe. No prior work should be included.
3. *Time Limit*: Projects must be completed within the designated time frame.
4. *Use of Resources*: Teams can use publicly available APIs, libraries, and tools, but must respect their licensing agreements.
5. *Code Ownership*: Participants retain ownership of their code, but by entering the hackathon, they may grant the organizers the right to showcase their work.
6. *Submission Requirements*: Each team must submit a demo video, a project description, and any other required materials by the deadline.
7. *Judging Criteria*: Projects will be judged based on criteria like innovation, functionality, design, and overall impact.
8. *Respect and Inclusion*: All participants must adhere to a code of conduct promoting respect and inclusion. Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
9. *Disqualification*: Any team found violating rules may be disqualified from the competition.
